Consitrium Climate Report (CCR)
The Consitrium Group's core service is the Consitrium Climate Report© (CCR), an employee engagement assessment that is affordable, swift to administer and available in both safety climate and operations climate versions for contractors.
Using a proven method of collecting meaningful information about company climate, the CCR provides valuable information for contractors to improve employee engagement. The CCR not only shows the traditional perception survey focus on the differences in employment engagement, it also provides professionals in the construction industry with the knowledge to recognize climate issues and address employee engagement to produce positive results.
The CCR was created after extensive research of prior studies in the construction industry. The Consitrium Group’s research has identified the strongest queries for assessing a company’s climate. The twenty-six queries, or statements, used in the CCR cover a broad range of beliefs and values and have the highest correlation to improving employee engagement in either the operations or safety climate. The CCR uses a validated, multi-faceted correlation matrix that dramatically improves the actionable data available from the twenty-six queries presented to survey takers.
