Keith Johnson founded the Consitrium Group in 2009 to deliver research-based employee engagement services to the construction industry. The Consitrium Group’s core service is the Consitrium Climate Report, an employee engagement assessment for either your company's operations or safety climate.

The Consitrium Group is the alliance of the innovative team who developed and offered the Cultural Gap Analysis, an operations assessment tool, through CM-Services of Baltimore. While at CM-Services we completed over 500 Cultural Gap Analyses. We conducted the Cultural Gap Analysis for all types of industries: construction, manufacturing, petroleum and services industries.

Our consultants come from the construction industry where processes and communication are crucial for success of projects. We have held diverse positions on large projects worldwide: supervisor, construction/project manager and owner’s representative overseeing multi-contractor projects. We understand jobsite challenges and have experience preparing and implementing company and project administrative procedures.
